The Freeholder
Ault Investments Limited governs the Estate and owns the Freehold of the grounds and the blocks, however they are not active in the running of The Shrubbery.
The Shrubbery Right To Manage Committee
The Shrubbery Right To Manage Company Ltd is run by directors and leaseholders Scott Bartle, Rohini Wahi and Paul Yeowell on a volunteer basis. They work closely with the managing agent to handle the day-to-day running of The Shrubbery.
We encourage you to reach out to the Resident Committee with questions and suggestions. Please be mindful that they are unpaid volunteers dedicating their personal time to this work.

Any leaseholder can join the committee - the RTM is allowed up to 10 directors. If you are a leaseholder and want to learn more about joining the committee, please drop us an email.

Estate-wide Meetings
Leaseholder Association Meetings are held quarterly, in March, June, September and December and are open to all leaseholders. Our managing agent hosts these informal get-togethers in the local pub or at The Shrubbery.
These quarterly Leaseholder Association meetings offer an informal setting for leaseholders to connect and stay informed. Our Managing Agent and Directors will provide updates on recent maintenance, finances, and upcoming plans. A significant portion of the time is dedicated to an open forum where leaseholders can ask questions, voice concerns, and suggest improvements. The relaxed atmosphere encourages dialogue and community building, with any action points noted before the next meeting
Annual AGMs
An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a formal meeting held once a year, usually in January. It brings together the directors, leaseholders and members of the management company to discuss important matters related to the building's management and finances.
